| dc.description.abstract | This paper addresses civil liability caused in the process of assisted human reproduction, identifying the subjects involved and the different imputation criteria. The minor receives special attention in it as the main injured subject when the techniques are not applied correctly. The treatment of the subject is carried out from the consideration of assisted reproduction as a medical act and bearing in mind the interest of the minor, as an informing principle of our legal system. | es |
