dc.description.abstract	The biological bases of Popper¿s Ethics are expounded in this article. But these biological bases do not place Popper¿s thought in the sphere of iusnaturalism, because normative laws are made and can be changed by men. This conventionalism does not set the philosophy of Karl Popper either in the context of ethical positivism or juridical positivism. Popper proposes an alternating way between iusnaturalism and positivism.	en_US
