dc.description.abstract | The plane crash of Germanwings, which happened in France in 2015, was an event of great mediatic repercussion, with a total of one hundred fifty mortal victims. People implied in the case were Andreas Lubitz -copilot-, the academy of formation of Lufthansa -a German airline company- and the sanitary professionals who took care of the copilot. It happened to be a suicide act which was premeditated. The protagonist was off work at the time when the accident occured. We question the rigidity of the medical examination which determines the aptitude to pilot, as well as its control by the aviation academy and by the airway company. We determined whether Lubitz was capable, at a psychic level, of delivering the doctor?s note to his company. This elucidation raises a civil responsibility over him. The action by the sanitarians is put in doubt since the professional secrect is not an absolute duty. There was no communication from the doctor to the competent authorities about the medical condition of his patient. However, this only could be blamed if the doctor considered Lubitz as a risk himself. The German public prosecutor?s office considered Andreas Lubitz to be the only one responsable of the catastrophe | es |
