dc.description.abstract | Films offer a wide variety of possibilities for its didactic exploitation in the E/LE classroom since they constitute a fundamental recreational source and also a wellregarded portrait for society?s cultural values. This kind of material is suitable for working with diverse dialectical variants and helps students in the process of getting used to register varieties and sociolects, dialects and accents. In conclusion, it is a solid material as it provides with the essential aspects of the communicative act. In this article we introduce a project carried on with High-school Brazilian students in their second year, with an A2 level of Spanish. In this project, films were used as an educational tool in order to develop communicative competence, creativity and multiple intelligences. It is our aim to work with integrated skills by emphasizing audiovisual competence, creativity and the development of the multiple intelligences In the attempt to make it possible for Brazilian students to learn the Spanish language in a more recreational and pleasant way.
