dc.description.abstract	The authors describe their experience with the SALTER'S and CHIARI'S techniques. 27 osteotomies are reported, with studies about theirs indications (congenital dislocation of the hip, Perthe's Disease), age of realitation roentgenographic signs (C. E. angle of Wiberg, acetabular angle). They also put through proximal femoral varus derotational osteotomy at the same time with the SALTER'S technique. They show sorne details of the technique and conclusions after their clinical experience are reviewed.	es
