| Fifteen femoral shaft fractures treated with interlocking nailing · Kempf and Grosse's technique are collected. This procedure is suitable for some femoral fractures which could not be treated with the usual Küntscher's method. The biomechanical conditions of Kempf's system improved the results: the fixation is solid and stable. | |||
