dc.description.abstract	The nomenclatural type of Lonicera valentina Pau ex Willkomm has been recently discussed. A specimen preserved in the Pau?s herbarium at MA has been indicated as the ?holotype? of the name. However, the gathering cited in the protologue was originally represented by three specimens, and therefore a lectotype must be designated according to the International Code of Nomenclature for algae, fungi, and plants.	es
