dc.description.abstract	Este libro describe la primera etapa del investigación, es decir, cómo se llevó a cabo cada una de las consultas públicas que se celebraron en los diferentes países (España, Italia, Portugal, Eslovaquia y Polonia), además de proporcionar datos sobre la consulta piloto realizada en Barcelona, seis meses antes de las principales consultas. La consulta piloto permitió a los miembros del consorcio identificar qué cuestiones y consideraciones deben tomarse en cuenta al organizar y llevar a cabo consultas públicas per se. Por ejemplo, ¿cómo para gestionar la captación ciudadana, el horario a desarrollar y cómo deben ser los scripts redactado, a fin de que los moderadores de la los grupos de discusión ciudadana deberían replicarlos en sus respectivos países. Además, el piloto consulta facilitó la determinación de acuerdos que los ciudadanos deben firmar antes participar, como su consentimiento informado participar en la investigación, derechos de imagen y documentos de confidencialidad. dc.description.abstract	This book describes the first stage of the research, namely, how each one of the public consultations was carried out in the different countries (Spain, Slovakia, Portugal, Poland, and Italy), as well as providing data on the pilot consultation held in Barcelona, six months prior to the main consultations. The pilot consultation allowed the consortium members to identify what issues and considerations should be taken into account when organising and holding the public consultations per se. For example, how to manage citizen recruitment, the schedule to be developed and how scripts should be drafted, in order that the moderators of the citizen discussion groups should replicate them in their respective countries. Besides, the pilot consultation made it easier to determine the agreements that citizens should sign before participating, such as their informed consent to take part in the research, image rights and documents of confidentiality. Consultations validated the analysis instrument.	en_US
