dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this article is to reconstruct and formulate a brief critical note to Carlos Alchourrón's proposal on what is a defeasible conditional. To do this, I will begin by briefly describing and analyzing his theses and will oppose two critics: there are no an adequate criterion on when it is justified to defeat a norm, and acts of norm defeat are better understood as changes in the valuation of what conditions should be considered normatively relevant.	es
