dc.description.abstract	The trial period is a classic institution in labor law. Its purpose, on the business side, lies in checking the skills of the worker and, in general, their adaptation to the company. Undoubtedly, the most characteristic feature of its legal regime is that any of the contracting parties can unilaterally terminate the contract by their sole and exclusive ill. This article analyzes the main problems that this pact raises, as well as the solutions given by the Courts of Justice of the Social Order.	es
