| The shared custody and the situation of gender violence of one of the parents will be analyzed with a comparative analysis of their regulation at national, foral and autonomous levels. Social changes and the stance of doctrine and jurisprudence will define a desirable and advisable shared custody model, although it will be necessary to prove and justify that such model is most appropriate to the interests of the child. | |||
