| This paper seeks to illustrate the various impacts that the coronavirus pandemic and the measures of social distance have on private relations, especially in the contract field and in family relationships, sustained the impossibility of adopting generic measures to address issues that depend on the individual case analysis, as well as the need to use a hermeneutics committed to the fundamental values of the legal system. | |||
