| In this article we explain the regulation and processing of temporary employment regulation files due to force majeure resulting from the health crisis caused by the COVID-19. To achieve this, we will review the concept of force majeure, the regulation of temporary employment files, the modifications caused by the COVID, the specific benefits foreseen for this type of ERTE and the obligation to maintain employment. | |||
