| This paper reviews the current legal and technological situation concerning of Blockchain in Europe and its eventual development in Spain. Government will certainly incentive child to ponder the use of blockchain tech and its potential impacts. In doing so, the aim is to stimulate reflection, study about its future regulation and discussion of this complicated, controversial and fast-moving technology. | |||
