| dc.description.abstract | El presente texto está basado principalmente en el análisis de dos encuestas llevadas a cabo por la Unidad de Gestión de la Red Rural Nacional (RRN) durante la primera mitad de 2018. La primera se dirigió a todos los GAL activos durante el periodo 2014-2020; por su parte, la segunda estaba destinada a las autoridades de gestión (AA. GG.) y los organismos pagadores de las respectivas comunidades autónomas. Además, el equipo de trabajo diseñó tres grupos focales con otros tantos grupos de actores en el desarrollo rural en general, y en la implementación de LEADER en particular. En primer lugar, los propios grupos de acción local, de entre los que se seleccionó una destacada representación; en segundo lugar, las autoridades de gestión, grupo focal al que fueron invitadas todas las CC. AA.; por último, las redes de grupos de acción local, tanto las dos a nivel nacional como las diferentes redes regionales. Para el análisis de las distintas cuestiones se han tenido en cuenta, igualmente, los conocimientos acumulados por el equipo de trabajo en el marco del proyecto de investigación “Redes personales y territorios rurales, dinámicas espacio-temporales, innovaciones y apoyo social” (CSO2015-68215-R), financiado parcialmente con fondos de la Unión Europea. La estructura del informe sigue, con pequeñas modificaciones, la derivada del diseño de las encuestas, a la que se añade el trabajo y los resultados obtenidos con los grupos focales. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This text is mainly based on the analysis of two surveys carried out by the National Rural Network (RRN) Management Unit during the first half of 2018. The first one was addressed to all LAGs active during the 2014-2020 period; the second one was addressed to the managing authorities (MAs) and paying agencies of the respective Autonomous Communities. In addition, the working team designed three focus groups with three different groups of actors in rural development in general, and in the implementation of LEADER in particular. Firstly, the local action groups themselves, from which a prominent representation was selected; secondly, the management authorities, a focus group to which all the Autonomous Communities were invited; lastly, the networks of local action groups, both at national level and the different regional networks. The analysis of the different issues has also taken into account the knowledge accumulated by the working team in the framework of the research project "Personal networks and rural territories, spatial-temporal dynamics, innovations and social support" (CSO2015-68215-R), partially funded by the European Union. The structure of the report follows, with minor modifications, that derived from the design of the surveys, to which the work and results obtained with the focus groups are added. | en_US |
