dc.description.abstract	The article explores the role that private autonomy is assuming within the different family models. The growing role of autonomy is governed by the general clause of public policy, which applies both in purely domestic cases and in those marked by internationality. In family relationships it seems possible to distinguish between a public order of the family and a public order in the family. The article analyzes within these categories the surrogacy and the premarital contracts.	es_ES
