dc.description.abstract	There is a type of people with behavioral, cognitive and emotional characteristics that create a differentiating pattern from other people. It has been detected a growing number of individuals who, due to both their complaints and claims and the way in which they defend them, hinder the work of the professionals with whom they interact in different scopes of work. Also, these professionals perceive this type of people are suffering, which makes them victims and perpetrators at the same time. Querulousness can be understood as the pattern of behavior characterized by the persistent search by the person, aimed at achieving personal compensation for their perception of having suffered a wrong; this search will be based on his own idea of justice. The purpose of this study is to delimit the concept of Querulancia and to know the social reality of the querulous person. For this, it is needed an investigation that collects information from three approaches that complement each other. Firstly, a journey is made throughout the historical evolution of the concept, from the first recognized scientific manifestations to the most recent publications, where the scarcity of specific research on this topic is notorious. Researchers who have historically studied this matter have encountered difficulties in concretizing the concept and classifying the subjects. In this framework, a lack of definition can be found, as well as a confusion with similar concepts. Since the complaining person seeks compensation for a subjective injustice, he or she mainly uses the institutions of the justice system as their places of action. Therefore, once the investigations have been analyzed and given the difficulties in defining the concept of Querulousness, it is necessary to investigate what treatment the legal system dispenses to these people, which acts as one of the primary sources of information. Querulousness supposes high material and personal costs both for society and for the individual himself. Given the lack of specialized tools to address this problem, it is necessary to continue the investigation through a study focused on learning about the experiences and emotions that contact with the complaining person generates in professionals from different fields. The achievement of the study from the three approaches mentioned allows generating the construct of Querulousness. The definition of the construct enables the construction of tools and the preparation of preventive and action protocols, which provide professionals with the necessary skills to intervene efficiently in cases in which the presence of querulous people is detected. These tools would allow us to know the behaviors, cognitions and emotions of this type of people.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Existe un tipo de personas con unas características conductuales, cognitivas y emocionales que crean un patrón diferenciador de otras personas. Se ha detectado un creciente número de individuos que, debido tanto a sus quejas y reclamaciones como al modo en que las defienden, dificultan la labor de los profesionales con los que interactúan en diferentes ámbitos de trabajo. Concurre la circunstancia de que dichos profesionales perciben sufrimiento en este tipo de personas, lo que las convierte en víctimas y victimarios a un tiempo. La Querulancia se puede entender como aquel patrón de comportamiento caracterizado por la búsqueda persistente por parte de la persona, encaminada a conseguir el resarcimiento personal frente a su percepción de haber sufrido un agravio; esta búsqueda se basará en su propia idea de justicia. Este estudio tiene como objeto delimitar el concepto de Querulancia y conocer la realidad social de la persona querulante. Para ello, se hace necesaria una investigación que recoja información desde tres enfoques que se complementan entre sí. Primeramente, se hace un recorrido a lo largo de la evolución histórica del concepto, desde las primeras manifestaciones científicas reconocidas hasta las publicaciones más recientes, en el que destaca la escasez de investigaciones específicas sobre ella. Los investigadores que históricamente han estudiado sobre este asunto han encontrado dificultades para concretar el concepto y realizar una clasificación de los sujetos. En este marco, se aprecia indefinición, así como dispersión con conceptos similares. Puesto que la persona querulante persigue su resarcimiento de una injusticia subjetiva, busca principalmente las instituciones del sistema de justicia como lugares de actuación. Por tanto, una vez analizadas las investigaciones y vistas las dificultades para definir el concepto de Querulancia, se hace necesario investigar el tratamiento que dispensa a estas personas el sistema jurídico, que actúa como una de las fuentes primarias de información. La Querulancia supone un elevado coste material y personal tanto para la sociedad como para el propio individuo. Dada la carencia de herramientas especializadas para abordar esta problemática, se hace necesario continuar la investigación mediante un estudio enfocado a conocer las experiencias y emociones que el contacto con la persona querulante genera en profesionales de diferentes ámbitos. La consecución del estudio desde los tres enfoques mencionados permite generar el constructo de la Querulancia. La definición del constructo posibilita la construcción de herramientas y la confección de protocolos preventivos y de actuación, que doten a los profesionales de las habilidades necesarias para intervenir de forma eficiente en los casos en los que se detecte la presencia de personas querulantes. Dichas herramientas permitirían conocer los comportamientos, cogniciones y emociones de este tipo de personas.	es_ES
