| With the aim of increase the students’ motivation, we have redesigned two subjects in two Education’s Degrees from the University of Barcelona through the incorporation of the role-play and Twitter. The results of the implementation, and the subsequent survey conducted to the students, show that both the role-play and Twitter have been a motivational element for students and it has been confirmed that time later students remember what they learnt regarding the subject. It should be noted that the learning outcomes of the students who have selected the role-play activity have been better than those who have opted for the use of Twitter.La incorporación de estudiantes de la generación digital a las aulas universitarias está forzando un cambio en el modo de entender la enseñanza y el aprendizaje hacia prácticas más abiertas y participativas. Partiendo de esta realidad, en el marco del Grado de Magisterio de Educación Infantil y del Grado de Magisterio de Educación Primaria de la Universidad de Barcelona, se ha llevado a cabo un rediseño metodológico de dos asignaturas incorporando el role-play como metodología docente y la herramienta Twitter. Los resultados de la implementación demuestran que se ha conseguido poner al estudiante en el centro del proceso de aprendizaje, fomentando su participación, el aprendizaje significativo y la personalización. | |||
