In this communication show the experience carried out in the Schools of Craftsmen of Valencia during the academic year 2013-2014. Specifically in the Intermediate Training Course "Electrotechnical and Automated Installations" first course in the module Training and Employment (FOL).
The FOL is a cross module all training cycles of Specific Vocational both Intermediate and Advanced Level. The study of this module is characterized through it, students as future workers / as have the opportunity to acquire the following skills and competencies: knowledge of rights and obligations in labor relations; rates may sign contracts and their consequences; Why have social protections; detection, prevention and resolution of labor power risk situations; analysis of the current economic and employment situation to analyze it critically. It also aims to guide academically about different training routes that future workers can choose, as well as tools and strategies required for entering the job market such as: developing a curriculum vitae; basic guidelines of an interview; social skills to join and adapt to changing work environments, etc.

En concreto en el Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio “Instalaciones Electrotécnicas y Automáticas” primer Curso, en el módulo de Formación y Orientación Laboral (FOL).
La FOL es un módulo transversal de todos los Ciclos Formativos de Formación Profesional Específica tanto de Grado Medio como de Grado Superior. El estudio de este módulo se caracteriza porque a través de él, los estudiantes como futuros trabajadores/as, tienen la oportunidad de adquirir las siguientes capacidades y competencias: conocimiento de derechos y obligaciones en las relaciones laborales; tipos de contratos que pueden suscribir y sus consecuencias; qué protecciones sociales tienen; detección, prevención y resolución de situaciones de riesgo laboral eléctrico; análisis de la situación actual económica y laboral para analizarla de una forma crítica. También se pretende orientar académicamente sobre los diferentes itinerarios formativos que los futuros trabajadores pueden elegir, así como las herramientas y estrategias necesarias para acceder al mercado laboral como: elaboración de un currículum vitae; pautas básicas de una entrevista; habilidades sociales para incorporarse y adaptarse a entornos laborales cambiantes, etc
